CANADA POST STRIKE: Due to the CanadaPost strike, we have arranged alternate shipping carriers. Some rates may have changed from the posted rates below and ship times may be affected. Couriers have been busy thus, do not expect normal delivery times.
NOTICE: The buyer is responsible for providing an accurate shipping/delivery address. For gifts outside of the Greater Victoria area, we ship ground via Purolator, Canpar, FedEx, UPS, etc. (or CanadaPost when reliable service returns). Returned parcels incur return shipping, reshipping AND minimum $12 handling fee if the parcel requires a refresh. Refunds are not available if the address provided was wrong. Please take a moment to make sure you provide an accurate shipping address!
Do you offer same day delivery?
Due to rising fuel costs and to reduce our carbon footprint we optimize our local routes as efficiently as possible. With some exceptions, we offer 'same day' delivery in the Greater Victoria (south of Mt. Newton Cross Rd.) & Westshore area if your order is received by 11 am Mon/Weds/Thurs/Fri. During December, 'same day' delivery is not usually available.
For other areas, including Sooke, Sidney, Nanaimo and other parts of BC we have expedited delivery available and orders can generally be delivered in 1-5 business day's (expect longer for out of province deliveries).
Rates: FLAT RATE OF $20 FOR ALL LOCATIONS ON HOLIDAY ORDERS PLACED AFTER DEC. 22ND.

I would like to combine a few gift boxes into one larger gift box. Is this possible?
Absolutely! Place your order for the two or more boxes and ask us in the NOTE section to combine them into a larger, more hefty gift box. It stands a very good chance you will be entitled to a partial refund as less materials are used and shipping costs reduced.
Can I specify a delivery date for my order?
Given adequate time for delivery, we will ship your gift to arrive on or as close to the date specified. However, exact delivery arrival dates vary when using Canada Post (or other courier service) and are beyond our control and especially so during holiday rush or weather.
Do you provide a tracking number if shipped Canada Post and what happens if the parcel doesn't arrive?
Yes - we will send the buyer a tracking number via the email you provided. Do check your spam folder! If a parcel doesn't arrive, please reach out to us and provide the names of the sender & recipient. We'll get to the bottom of it!
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.

Cancellation?
In the event that an order (in full or partial) needs to be cancelled and had been purchased using a credit card, we will issue a full refund minus the 3.5% handling fee charged by our merchant processor 'SQUARE'. If the basket has already been made, card printed, etc., there may be an additional handling fee for restocking, lost materials, etc.
Please check with us and we're happy to provide an estimate. Handling fees for special requests, along with purchased items at your request are not refundable.
Do you do customized baskets? For instance, what about baskets for individuals with food allergies or dietary restrictions?

We recommend that you tell us in the NOTE section upon checkout what substitutions or changes you would like us to make. Every order is reviewed personally and we will follow along to your instructions. If additional charges apply, we will contact you in advance to ensure you still wish to proceed.
Items requested that are not part of our regular inventory will incur handling fees to retrieve and are not eligible for refund for any reason. We have a large inventory of wonderful local items on hand so we encourage you to choose from this list.
Am I able to include a personalized message with my gift?
During check-out you can specify the message to be included with your gift. Messages are laser-printed on a card. Corporate clients are welcome to provide their digital logo to be printed (black & white) at the bottom of the card.
How will my gift look when it arrives? Do you use baskets?
We use boxes! Our boxed packaging is 100% recyclable – once your recipient has unwrapped their goods the box can be put in the recycling or re-purposed! Oh, and did we mention it looks pretty good too! Each box is magnificently arranged for an ultra snazzy presentation. We are fussy and consider the final look a great source of pride. Each gift is trimmed in twine (or ribbon) and comes with a tag and your card message.

Worth Mentioning:
- Delays in delivery may incur in the event that the address is a condo or gated and the recipient is not there to receive it at the time of delivery.
- Delivery to remote/rural locations (as well as customized gifts) may need additional time and may incur additional charges.
- Delivery is available on weekdays only (with the exception of leading up to Christmas)
- In the event no one is home, delivery to a community mailbox may occur or a notice may be left. Failure to pick up a parcel at a depot after a notice is left will result in the parcel being returned. Additional charges apply and they are the responsibility of the sender. Otherwise, your order is canceled and a refund, less shipping expenses and restocking fees apply. It is highly suggested you notify the recipient of an impending delivery and to keep a sharp eye out for it.
- You will be asked to supply the recipients phone number - PLEASE FOLLOW THIS REQUEST and do not supply your own number in lieu of the recipients. Cell phone numbers are preferred. Failure to provide recipient contact info may result in delay or cancelation of the order.
- Our 'Sampler' and 'Mini' collections are not offered for 'same day' delivery (in most cases).
Wine please! Are there any shipment restrictions?
- Boxes with alcohol can be delivered to the Greater Victoria area for our standard $10 rate.
- Boxes containing alcohol can be shipped throughout BC - $17.95
- We do not ship alcohol outside of BC.
- The sender and recipient must be 19 years or older.
